Digital delivery
IMS is software. Nothing physical is shipped. Your plan is delivered online: card and UPI payments activate it immediately; M-Pesa, bank transfer and cash payments are activated within one business day of receipt.
You get access by email and in the app, on the web, Windows, Mac and Android.
Exchange
You can change plan (more users or modules, monthly or yearly) at any time from Plan & Billing. The difference is adjusted on your next payment.
Training and setup
Onboarding, data import and training are given online, or on site in Lubumbashi when included in your plan.
