Every company can try IMS free before paying, so a plan is bought knowing what it does.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Plan & Billing in the app or by writing to us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and is not renewed. Cancelling also stops any auto-pay mandate.
Refunds
Subscription fees for a period that has started are not refundable.
We refund in full: a duplicate or wrong charge, or a payment where we could not activate your plan.
Ask within 7 days of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (card / UPI) or by bank transfer / M-Pesa for those methods.
Custom work
Custom development and marketing services follow the quote you accept; advance payments for work already done are not refundable.
