Made in DRC & India.Built for the world.
IMS Global Solution gives growing businesses everywhere the same quality of software as the world's largest companies, at a fair price.
Why we built IMS
We watched great businesses in Katanga run on notebooks, scattered Excel files and imported software that didn't understand two currencies, local invoices or unreliable connections.
So we built IMS alongside real businesses in Lubumbashi: pharmacies, hardware stores, distributors and mining suppliers. We improve it every week with them.
Today IMS runs shops, depots and offices in DR Congo and beyond, and our team trains clients wherever they are in the world.
Built by automation experts. Proven by a pharmacy group.
IMS is a collaboration between BAT Web Solutions, a business automation company, and Ste Get Well Pharma, a pharmacy group in Lubumbashi that runs its shops and depots on IMS.
