What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, company, email, phone).
The business data you enter in IMS (products, sales, clients, staff), stored for your company only.
Basic usage and device data to keep the app secure and working.
Payment details are entered directly with Razorpay or your bank / M-Pesa. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To run your account, sync your data, provide support, send invoices and service messages, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run IMS: Google Firebase (hosting and database), Razorpay (online payments) and email / messaging providers. Each is bound to protect the data.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored on Google Cloud. Access inside your company is limited by the rights your admin sets.
How long we keep it
While your account is active, and up to 12 months after it closes so you can come back or export, unless the law requires longer (for example invoices).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to imsbonjour@gmail.com.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies needed to work, and analytics only if enabled and accepted.
