IMS ERP is offered by IMS Global Solution. Online payments are collected by our technology partner BAT WEB SOLUTIONS, 3B Girnar Society, Behind P.T. College Road, Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380007, India, through Razorpay.
Your account
You must give correct company and contact details. The company admin is responsible for every user they add, their rights and their passwords.
You may not resell, copy or reverse-engineer the software, or use it for anything unlawful.
Plans and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and can change; a change applies from your next billing period.
Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. You can pay by card or UPI (Razorpay), M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash at our office.
If a payment is missed, the app shows a reminder, then is suspended after the grace period. Your data is kept and the app opens again as soon as the payment is received.
Automatic renewal
If you choose auto-pay (a card or UPI mandate), the plan renews and is charged automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. You can cancel the mandate at any time from Plan & Billing in the app, or by writing to us.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. We process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.
Availability
IMS works offline and syncs when online. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted; planned updates are announced in the app.
Liability
The software is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Termination
You can stop using IMS at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or do not pay.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction, without removing any consumer rights you have in your own country.
