Yes. Every new account gets 30 days of IMS with everything included: every module and feature, for your whole team, with no card needed. After 30 days you choose a plan, or keep using the Free plan (Inventory and Sales & POS for up to 2 users and 1 shop) at no cost.

Yes. Each module is priced per user per month. If you choose several modules, the Full Suite at $20 per user per month is often cheaper, and the pricing page tells you when.

Any currency: US dollars, Congolese francs, euros, rand, kwacha, shillings, rupees, yuan and more. Set the daily rate once and IMS shows prices, invoices and reports in the currencies you choose.

IMS keeps working and stores your changes on the device. As soon as the connection is back it uploads everything automatically.

Yes. Paid plans include unlimited shops and depots, stock transfers between them and rankings to compare their performance.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption and daily backups. Role-based access means each employee only sees what they need.

Yes. We import your products, clients, suppliers and opening stock. Migration is free on the Full Suite and Enterprise plans.

The interface is available in English, French, Swahili, Lingala, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi and Chinese. Invoices print in French or English. A language update is coming very soon.

Three ways: online by card through Razorpay, by M-Pesa, or in cash at our office in Lubumbashi (you get a receipt). Online payments are processed by Razorpay; IMS never sees or stores your card details.

IMS AI is in development. It will open first to selected early customers, then to everyone. When ready, it will answer questions about your business in plain words, draft purchase orders before stock runs out, read supplier invoices, flag cash and stock that don't match, and forecast next month's sales.
